SPRINT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Definitions

In these terms:

  • Company / Store: refers to our business entity offering products for sale.
  • User / Customer: refers to the individual browsing or purchasing from the website.
  • Product: means any item or equipment offered for sale.
  • Order: means the purchase transaction completed by the customer through the website.

3. Compliance with Egyptian Laws

  • We comply with Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181/2018, ensuring your right to return or exchange products within the legally permitted period.
  • We adhere to Egyptian Data Protection Law No. 151/2020, protecting your personal data and ensuring privacy in all transactions.
  • All prices and invoices include Value Added Tax (VAT) in accordance with Egyptian tax regulations.

4. Product Information & Pricing

  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, minor errors may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them.
  • Prices shown include VAT unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional fees such as shipping or service charges may apply depending on your location or order value.

5. Orders & Payment

  • Once you place an order and choose a payment method, a binding agreement is formed between you and our store.
  • Payment can be made via credit/debit card, bank transfer, or Cash on Delivery (if available).
  • In case of failed or declined payment, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated.
  • Additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas or specific shipping conditions.
  • We partner with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.

7. Installation & Training

  • For certain products, installation is provided by our professional team at no extra cost, as stated on each product page.
  • We also offer training on how to use your equipment after installation to ensure proper operation.

8. Warranty & Maintenance

  • All products come with a manufacturer or store warranty, clearly stated on the product page (e.g., 6 months, 1 year).
  • The warranty covers manufacturing defects only and excludes misuse or physical damage.
  • In case of malfunction during the warranty period, customers can contact our service center for support or on-site maintenance.

9. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Customers may request a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in original packaging, and includes all accessories.
  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was delivered.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

10. Use of Website & Content

  • All website content (text, images, videos, logos) is owned by us and protected by copyright laws.
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of our content is strictly prohibited.

12. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or any damage resulting from improper product use.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the total value of the product or order.
  • Claims must be submitted within a reasonable period after the issue is discovered.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These terms are governed by and interpreted under Egyptian Law.
  • Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
  • We encourage resolving disputes amicably or through the Consumer Protection Agency before resorting to court.
